Adoptions & Guardianships

We care about our clients and we are happy to represent people who care for others. We represent many individuals and families who have stepped up to care for someone in need through adoptions and guardianships.

We have represented people seeking step-parent adoptions, private adoptions, and adoptions through the Ohio Department of Job and Family services. We love helping people through the process to give a child a new and/or more certain home and future.

We also represent many guardians. Our clients serve as guardians for minor children going through difficult or temporary circumstances, disabled adults, and elderly relatives who can no longer make their own decisions or manage their own affairs. We guide you through the entire guardianship process and ongoing representation for future accountings and other legally-required filings.
